Coventry University Kazakhstan.

Coventry University Kazakhstan represents a unique partnership between Coventry University and Primus Education LLP. This project marks a significant milestone in Kazakhstan’s international education strategy. The first branch of the British university was launched in September 2024. Today, the campus offers undergraduate programmes in business and computer science, as well as an MBA programme.Four Stages of Coventry University Kazakhstan Campus Development (2024–2030):

Stage 1 (2024): Renovation and leasing of the academic building (total area: 4,000 sqm).

Stage 2 (2024–2026): Construction of student accommodation and a sports complex, along with the expansion of the academic building (total area: 13,500 sqm).

Stage 3 (2027–2028): Construction of residential housing for faculty, an administrative building, and further expansion of the academic building and student accommodation (total area: 16,500 sqm).

Stage 4 (2029–2030): Further expansion of student accommodation (total area: 16,000 sqm). Total campus area upon completion: 50,000 sqm

Maximum capacity: 5,000 students

Ardingly Astana.

Ardingly Astana is the first Kazakh branch of Ardingly College, a prestigious British independent school founded in 1858. The school’s curriculum is based on the Cambridge programme, while its philosophy blends global vision with cultural identity. The Ardingly Astana Primary School opened its doors in September 2024. Plans are underway for the construction of a main campus in Astana (for secondary education) and a phased expansion of the school’s network across all regions of Kazakhstan. Three Phases of Ardingly Astana Development (2024–2028):

Phase 1 (2024): Renovation and leasing of the initial premises (total area: 2,500 sqm).

Phase 2 (2024–2026): Construction of a state-of-the-art academic building for primary and secondary education, accommodating 300 students initially, with gradual expansion to full capacity of 1,000 students by 2026 (total area: 16,500 sqm).

Phase 3 (2027–2028): Construction of a boarding house for 200 students (total area: 2,000 sqm). Total campus area upon completion: 21,000 sqm

Maximum capacity: 1,270 students (1,000 at the main campus and 270 at a satellite primary school).

Primus Capital, in collaboration with its investment partner from China, Sinoma Cement Co. Ltd., is developing a cement plant construction project.

Currently, the project’s design and planning documentation is being finalised. Construction and installation work is scheduled to commence in April 2025, with the plant set to become operational in July 2027.

Upon launch, the facility is expected to create 350 jobs. The plant’s projected capacity is 1.3 million tonnes of cement per year.

To achieve this goal, we have established Primus Health, a healthcare investment company that oversees a diverse range of healthcare projects in Kazakhstan in collaboration with international hospital management firms, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders. With the help of our international partners, we are committed to building and operating medical facilities that utilize cutting-edge technologies, ranging from primary and preventative care to specialty diagnostics, hospitalization, and rehabilitative services.
