A high-tech cement plant is being built in the Aktobe region — the launch of the first production lines is announced for the end of 2026. The project is being implemented by the Chinese manufacturer Sinoma Cement together with the Kazakhstani company Primus Capital. We talked to the project manager Li Ping and found out for Digital Business how this project will help the development of the Aktobe region, whether the plant will be able to cover the deficit in domestic cement production, and what are the plans for export and further investments in Kazakhstan.
